In this episode we interview Emma Tilly, current Barnhall and old Belvedere player. We talk about her rugby career to date and what it was like getting called up to the Ireland squad. She talks about other sports which she had success in such as GAA. We discuss her hopes for future and she gives us advice for young people looking to pursue a career in sports.

Episode 19. Interview with Cathal O’Grady, former Irish heavy weight boxer.

We also discuss what it was like being from a very successful sporting family.
